Whether you find yourself on-the-go or on one of our breweries' patios, we recommend a quick pit stop at a tasty, local food truck to fuel up for your next adventure.
BURGER BUS
If you spot this big, green school bus, you’ve reached your stop. Hop by the bus for a juicy, fried chicken sandwich or their essential brand burger—add bacon and egg. Veggie lovers will flip over their falafel burger: a fried chickpea patty topped with pickled red onion, spinach, cucumber and green goddess sauce, served with crispy, bus-cut fries.

ULTIMATE SANDWICH CO.
For a stacked, succulent sammie, try the Cubano, or the BLFT (the F is for Fried!). The Nashville Hot Chicken gets rave reviews. Look for specials like the Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Havarti, bacon, apple, arugula, and dijon, drizzled with house-made red pepper honey. Fresh, homemade chips and slaw, too.

FISH EXPRESS
Fresh Lake Superior Whitefish, however you like it: grilled, seared, or fried. Have it in tacos, a burger, sammie, or with chips. Lake Trout, Salmon and cod are also available, along with a grilled chicken and vegetarian (portobello) sammie. The hush puppies alone might make it worth the visit.

THE COURTYARDS
Enjoy excellent (and interesting) craft cocktails with Michigan and U.P. spirits at this courtyard cocktail bar. Then peruse the selection from the Second Line T Boys and Tapas Food Truck parked inside. Cajun specialties, Whitefish, and T Boys (Jr. Po Boys) like the Muffaletta, Philly Beef, Chicago Style, or Nola. Try the blackened shrimp tacos and some Quebec Poutine—fries w/ chopped fresh cheese curds, debris, and gravy.
